WHO? An order or recommendation to "Evacuate" could come from one or more local, state or federal agencies empowered to provide this notice at time of disaster, may compel you to listen.
WHY? What would you and your employees do if you did not have a "Go Kit" for them to use once they left your primary facility at the time of a disaster occurrence? Even if your organization did not believe that it should be responsible for having such provisions available, it would make a great deal of sense to have a small supply of items readily available for transportation off-site.
